Garden visit

We can offer an individually tailored  service, which usually starts with a personal visit to your garden, to assess your needs, likes and dislikes. We can also show you our portfolio and discuss our ideas  and thoughts. If required this can be followed up by a written report.

Design service

After the first visit most customers request us to draw up a design, in which case we waive the garden visit charge.
After surveying the garden, there are usually two types of plan that can be drawn.

Structure plan

Where fundamental advice is required on the shape and layout of the garden, for instance where the patio, water feature and play area could be sited, a structure plan is the first plan to be drawn. This contains limited  planting information as at this stage we are more concerned with the overall effect rather than the intricate detail of what plants go where.
Usually the structure plan is accompanied with a written report and an estimate of the cost of implementing the  design.

Planting plan

Where you just wish for advice on planting we can draw up a planting plan, which will be accompanied by a report, photo references and an estimate of the cost of supplying and planting the plants.
Alternatively  the planting plan can be the second stage of the design process, after the structure plan has been approved.
